What SLU-PP-332 is

SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small molecule developed at Saint Louis University. It activates estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), which help switch on the genes muscles use when they adapt to endurance exercise. Despite the name, ERRs are not estrogen receptors in the usual sense.

It is not a peptide. It gets sold with peptides because of a single, very appealing claim from mouse studies: that it mimics some effects of exercise.

Regulatory status in 2026

SLU-PP-332 has never been tested in people. It is not an approved drug and cannot be legally sold for human use.

  1. Saint Louis University researchers publish mouse studies showing increased endurance and metabolic changes.

  2. Anti-doping labs publish methods to detect SLU-PP-332 and its breakdown products in athletes.

  3. No human trials. WADA prohibits non-approved substances and exercise mimetics, so athletes should treat it as banned.

Regulatory status can change. Check the sources linked at the bottom of this page before relying on anything here.

Claims vs. what the research shows

Every SLU-PP-332 result is from mice or cells. That's the whole evidence base.

Common claim

Increases endurance.

What the evidence shows

Shown in mice. Not tested in people.

Animal or limited evidence
Common claim

Burns fat and improves insulin sensitivity.

What the evidence shows

Shown in mouse models of obesity. Not tested in people.

Animal or limited evidence
Common claim

Safe because it's a "research compound."

What the evidence shows

There is no human safety data of any kind.

Insufficient data

Storage and stability

SLU-PP-332 is usually sold as capsules. There is no validated stability data for these products.

Capsules

  • Store capsules or tablets in a cool, dry place in a sealed container.
  • Keep away from heat and humidity, such as a bathroom cabinet.
  • Follow any storage directions on the label.

Liquids

  • Liquids sold as research chemicals often have no stated shelf life. Treat their stability as unknown.
  • Refrigerate liquids only if the label says to.
  • Log the open date so you know how long you've had it.

Light exposure is easy to overlook in a fridge door that opens dozens of times a day. VIALTIGHT is building stackable cases that block light from every side. See vialtight.com for updates.

Safety flags

No human data at all. Not for safety, not for effects. Anyone taking it is the first human test.

Contents are unverified. Capsules sold online have no quality oversight.

Tested athletes. Anti-doping labs are actively testing for it. Treat it as prohibited.

FAQ

Is SLU-PP-332 a peptide?

No. It's a synthetic small molecule.

Is it exercise in a pill?

In mice, it produced some effects of endurance training. Nobody knows whether that happens in people.

Does VialTracker tell me what to take?

No. VialTracker organizes the information you enter and runs the math. It does not recommend doses, products, or protocols.
