Effective September 22, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using VialTracker, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create and independently use a VialTracker account. A person under 18 may use the service only with the active involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. What VialTracker provides
VialTracker provides tools for organizing user-entered inventory, records, schedules, reminders, calculations, locations, notes, check-ins, educational references, backups, exports, and reports. Features may change as the service develops.
4. No medical advice or product verification
VialTracker does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not determine whether a product is safe, genuine, sterile, legally obtained, appropriate for you, or approved by any regulator. Educational content may summarize publicly available information but is not a recommendation or treatment protocol.
Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
5. Calculations, schedules, and reminders
Calculations are based entirely on values entered by the user and may be incorrect if an entry, unit, concentration, or assumption is incorrect. Warnings and duplicate checks are recordkeeping aids and cannot identify every error. Reminders may be delayed, blocked, or missed because of device settings, browser limitations, connectivity, or service interruptions. Never rely on VialTracker as the only source for a time-sensitive decision.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate information and reviewing all calculations and records.
- Using the service only for lawful purposes.
- Keeping your email account, device, and sign-in access secure.
- Obtaining permission before entering information about another person.
- Maintaining appropriate independent backups of important records.
- Seeking professional advice rather than relying on software for medical decisions.
7. Accounts and access
You may not access another person’s account without authorization, interfere with service security, reverse engineer restricted components, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at scale, or use VialTracker to promote or facilitate unlawful products or activity. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law.
8. Your content and records
You retain responsibility for the information you enter. You give VialTracker the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, display, back up, and export that information solely to operate and support the service. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and Support page.
9. Educational content
The Peptide KB and other educational material may include summaries of claims, studies, uncertainties, risks, and regulatory context. Research changes, sources may become unavailable, and summaries can contain errors or omissions. Verify important information with current primary sources and a qualified professional.
10. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, compatibility with every browser or device, or continued availability of any feature. We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service. Keep a current backup of records you cannot afford to lose.
11. Intellectual property
VialTracker’s branding, interface, original text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to VialTracker and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service as intended. They do not transfer ownership of VialTracker intellectual property.
12. Third-party services and links
VialTracker may rely on or link to third-party services and sources. We do not control their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own policies.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VialTracker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VialTracker and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
16. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are published. Questions may be sent to support@vialcarton.com.
